What kinds of clients does Whealthy Media service?
We love to work with Independent creators and organizations focused on youth empowerment, marginalized communities, wellness and sustainability practices.

I had a shoot. When will I receive my materials?
We will begin editing no later than 24 hours after your shoot. You will receive your materials within 7-14 days of your shoot date.
We kindly request that you give us the duration of the grace period before requesting your materials, unless an expedition fee is applied. -
I paid for a session, but I need to reschedule. How does that work?
For all photo and video sessions; a non-fundable retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session within six months upon the shooter’s approval.
All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

I paid for a session, but I no longer need it. How does that work?
For photo and video sessions, if the client forfeits their session the retainer will serve as the cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules within 6 months.

Can I set up a payment plan for a photoshoot?
Yes. For photo and video services, we require a 50% retainer to book. The rest is due at the time of the shoot.
At this time, we are unable to accept installment payment plans via Klarna, Afterpay, or Quadpay.

Where is Whealthy Studios Located?
We currently operate in multiple locations in the Metro-Detroit area, including:
- Eastern Market (2055 Gratiot Ave)
- Rivertown Warehouse District (227 Iron St)
- East English Village (4925 Cadieux Rd)
- Royal Oak (2625 Nakota Rd)
Locations are chosen based on the nature of the shoot. Clients may also request a specific location.
